Danielle was patient and detailed with her instructions. She ensured independent learning and everything was methodical with one skill leading to another to finish a project in less than 2 hours. The sense of accomplishment is amazing! Thank you!

Hi Fellow Creative Peeps!
Yesterday I had a 2hr private lesson with Jen. I choose to do a private lesson over the beginners class as I was feeling very anxious and lacking confidence. I was so happy when I walked out after my lesson because I got exactly what I needed. Jen was so friendly and welcoming, the whole studio is so cozy and welcoming. I look forward to joining others next time. While I’ve had some experience in the past, I really needed to start and thread up the machine, load bobbins, learn different stitches, fabric etc. Now I feel like I can buy threads and go bobbin crazy to prepare for all of the things I’m going to learn to make. Jen was also very helpful with talking me through the backs of patterns packets because I had been feeling like I needed a PHD to decipher it! Now I’m more at ease and will start looking at preparing pieces for some easy garments to start.
I can’t recommend Thread Den enough, I had done my research online for Melbourne classes, both in person classes and online, and I’m so happy that I ended up choosing the right one🥰 Many Thanks! Allison

Dirty photos of your machine have already done the rounds of the Thread Den teachers. Gosh we loooove seeing a really good machine, especially a really good older machine! We are all drooling over your lovely sewing machine. We hope you continue to use it more and more - don't hesitate to let us know when we can help you with anything more. Oh, and you've only seen our studio upgrade halfway through, you'll have to come back when we are finished setting up our 6 fully kitted out sewing stations.
