The Thread Den is an amazing sewing studio! First of all, the owner and staff are super friendly, very competent, helpful, patient and share great advice. I have been twice (to the alterations & mending workshops) and have achieved a lot and I already feel I have improved a lot. The space is very nice and has everything you need to sew comfortably. It’s officially my new favourite sewing studio!
From Old Shirt to New Joy
The alterations class at Thread Den was relaxed and welcoming to all skill levels. Our instructor, Arlie, was attentive and knowledgeable.
I’m relatively new to sewing, and was able to turn this old shirt into a new piece with no waste. Highly recommend the class
