Was a little concerned being a beginner at 63, but felt very comfortable learned so much and loved the class. Have signed up for two more and am looking forward to them. Jan (future seamstress)

Loved this class! The three items you create are useable, will make you feel like youve achieved something and are perfect for gifts for friends if you choose cool fabrics. The venue is well setup and comfortable. Had the pleasure of both Jen and Danielle as teachers. Jen clearly knows her stuff and was open with sharing her knowledge. You may need to speak up and ask for slower instructions at times. Danielle was a dream and a great teacher for beginners - very patient, kept the pace of the class relaxed and easy, and allowed everyone to work at their own pace and ask as many questions as needed without feeling rushed. She also explained the logic behind why we did things in certain ways rather than just showing you what to do which helped to embed the knowledge - I don’t hate pinning so much now! This class will give you the skills to feel confident to start using patterns and a sewing machine on your own - highly recommend, I’m hooked!
