I completed my beginners sewing course today with Amy. Having never used a sewing machine before but always dreaming of learning, I cannot recommend the sewing course enough. Amy's an excellent teacher for a beginner, adapting to the level of each of the students in the class and explaining concepts so well. You're able to complete a mini project at the end of each class, amazingly, and everything about this course is practical. I had booked this class almost a year ago, pre-COVID and it was postponed due to the pandemic, however I am so glad that it persisted and I did it - I'll definitely be doing more classes. Thanks Thread Den!

I found the three lessons really enjoyable and it was great to come away with three finished items while learning new techniques. Amy was a great instructor and was both patient and encouraging.

I just finished my Sewing Basics course and am so happy with my experience! Jen is so lovely and patient. I had no prior sewing experience but now feel confident to buy my own machine and continue learning and creating (Thanks Jen!). I hope to come back for more courses in future!

See you again soon, I'd recommend the shift dress, pillowcase or Simple A-line skirt next
