Absolutely loved this course, I had so many ‘A-Ha’ moments which is exactly why I needed to attend the course. Our teacher was incredible, so talented and her way of teaching was perfect. I’ll be signing up for more classes!

The Beginner Series is a great way to get started sewing. The class is small and the instructor Jen was patient, funny and kind. She made sure we felt comfortable making mistakes as that is a part of learning and mastering any skill.
Thank you Jen and Thread Den for creating such a warm and welcoming space. I look forward to taking another course/class and building my skills as a sewer.

This course was a lot of fun! My partner and I signed up to learn the basics, from getting a machine set up to the various kind of stitches and common techniques used in basic sewing, and the course delivered. Over three weeks we tackled three different mini-projects, creating a neat item each time with a small group of other students (in fact, the class was the perfect size, not too big, and not just me!), and Jen, our instructor, was wonderful. Patient, chipper and always ready to lend a hand, she made the course enjoyable and instructive. I can only recommend this to anyone curious to get into sewing. Thanks, team!
